This is the third time I have shopped here. Other than the particular mask I wanted being on back-order, it was a very pleasant experience. Each time I e-mailed to ask when the masks would be in stock, the response was immediate.

I like their ideas relating to an internet company. I have been very satisfied with all of the product pricing and timing of receiving the products. The products were of good quality and value for the money. The only thing I would change was labeling the sizes of the merchandising. The masks looked like they were the same size, but I ordered small and a large. Otherwise, I hope my parents like the gifts I bought them. Thanks.

On placing the order I would have liked a space to write in exactly what I wanted. I have a Dacor mask I bought maybe 6 or 7 years ago and would like exactly the same thing if possible. Good selection and quality. The origional order and processing went well. The first problem however arose when I wanted to track the progress of the shipment, tried to speak to a live person and was unable to find a # to call on the webb page. The last straw was the shock I had when the order arrived at my door and I was hit with duty of $40.00 resulting in my cost being 35 % more than I thought it would be. Had I known what the final cost all in would be, I wouldn't have bought the stuff. Not being a person who regularly buys from the US it would have been helpfull if the retailer had some knowledge of these hidden costs, and they made a person aware of their potential, in as much detail as possible, at the time of purchase. A lack of attention to detail is how sellers are assured of having their customers believing their transactions don't meet expectations. Thus in this instance, my view of the value for money component was a disappointment. John Goodwin

Oceanic lists Joe Diver America as an authorized dealer, but not an on-line dealer. They sent the Alliance agreement paperwork without stamping JoeDiverAmerica on the dealer copy. I was told by E-Mail to just write Joe Diver America on the dealer copy. We will see if this works.
