I chose UPS delivery for my order. Order tracking by order number did not work. I had to check with Customer Service regarding the status of the order.

Once I was finally able to purchase the specific products I was after, delivery and product condition and price was excellent. I understand this is an "internet company" but replies to queries on website were too slow. Response to questions were not helpful or detailed and there was no alternative point of contact for advise. From the day I wanted to order and pay for goods it took me 4 extra weeks for appropriate info and the order process to be completed which i found disapointing. Also was diaspointed with credit card payment system as I was unable to purchase the goods while I was on holidays to use (i dont carry my credit card statements with me on holidays)... I also understand this is a safety precaution but there are other options here!!! Call my bank! Was really disapointed I couldn't use the goods in the time frame i wanted but in all, goods seem fine so thankyou :)

I have not seen the item. I am on a military delpoyment and will not use the item until I return to the U. S. I was told bey a friend that the shop was the place to find what I was looking. I only require a small inexpensive camera for use on a cruise that I will be taking in January 2009 upon my return for this deployment. My family did receive the item several days ahead of the list time and the items was in good shape and undamaged. I have been looking at other items to buy from Joe Diver Shop.

I needed the dive watches delivered to Canada in 5 business days, which meant choosing the UPS Expedited International shipping (expensive). Even when choosing this option, though, I save $30 on the purchase and had the watches delivered in less than 48 hours. Well done Joe Diver and UPS!
