Bad info about shipping fee. A real rip off from UPS, charging custom fee that are in fact extra shipping charge that not show when we buy product. They should advise clearly in there web site

I chose UPS delivery for my order. Order tracking by order number did not work. I had to check with Customer Service regarding the status of the order.

Once I was finally able to purchase the specific products I was after, delivery and product condition and price was excellent. I understand this is an "internet company" but replies to queries on website were too slow. Response to questions were not helpful or detailed and there was no alternative point of contact for advise. From the day I wanted to order and pay for goods it took me 4 extra weeks for appropriate info and the order process to be completed which i found disapointing. Also was diaspointed with credit card payment system as I was unable to purchase the goods while I was on holidays to use (i dont carry my credit card statements with me on holidays)... I also understand this is a safety precaution but there are other options here!!! Call my bank! Was really disapointed I couldn't use the goods in the time frame i wanted but in all, goods seem fine so thankyou :)
