So far I am not happy with Joe Diver.
I called Friday and ordered a mask. I specifically asked the customer representative if it would ship that day and she said "yes". Based on her statement that the mask would ship that day, I made the decision to let it go out regular ground UPS.
Much to my dismay the mask did NOT ship on Friday. In fact when I called Joe Diver today it still had not shipped. I told the customer rep lady that I was told it would go out Friday. She seemed unmoved. She then suggested that since it hadnt shipped yet, that for more $$$ she could ship it today NDA UPS (next day air UPS). I guess I was gullible so I said okay. But guess what...I have not yet received a tracking number...yet. So my guess is that Joe Diver didnt ship it today either.
I wonder if Joe Diver's customer rep figured I was a one timer, so I didnt matter if I was happy.
After this experience, I will think twice before ordering from Joe Divers again.
I have had very good experiences with Leisure Pro in New York, and a good experince with Divers Supply out of Macon, Ga. I
