I found this site through google's shopping. First placed an order on line, then called them directly a few hours later to place a quick second order for more plate s for my upcoming wedding. Both experiences were super easy. Their telephone operators are extremely friendly and made the phone process easy. Ordering online was simple and quick. Received a confirmation email of my order in minutes of placing it. Very happy with the plates I purchased. Amazingly my orders shipped within 30 minutes of them being placed! I hate when you order online or over the telephone and your stuff doesn't ship for days. I had my plates in two days! Amazing! I ordered the Bamboo disposable plates for my wedding. They came nicely packaged and *i think* they're going to be huge hit on the big day.  Two negatives: I wish they had bamboo disposable bowls or cups too. That would complete the whole "look." I also hope the bamboo knife will be alright for cutting food. Other than that the plates look too good to trash. Hard to believe that they are disposable.

Excellent, except that the package was shipped to the billing address, rather than the ship-to address. Communication with you showed that your instructions on this issue need to be clearer to the shopper. I was offered a 10% discount on the next purchase, which I truly appreciate. Happened upon this site by accident when I was searching for bamboo cutlery. The bamboo plates were a perfect fit for our needs for an outdoor party and arrived extremely quickly. The site was easy to navigate and required no follow up or tracking due to the speedy receipt of the items.

only vendor I could find with sets of 100 bamboo plates in stock. I receive an email saying my order shipped with tracking number less than 10 minutes after placing my order. I had the plates next day. I'm impressed.
