Excellent on line shopping experience.At first I was sceptical about purchasing jewelry off the inter net period. I phoned twice and talked to the friendly staff and asked a lot questions. I had a choice to make, purchase over the phone or on line.
After that I felt very comfortable and made my purchase on line. Everything with my jewelry order went just as it was explained to me. The 14K Gold Elegant Number 13 Charm was very nice. I will make another purchase soon!

I had to call to find out the size of this product. The customer service rep took my number and returned my call within 20 minutes with the exact measurements! Outstanding product and extremely outstanding service!! Will definitely recommend to my friends (already have) and will use them again.

I ordered this product in middle of April for a Mother's day gift. I never received it until AFTER Mother's day. I made several calls and was always told that it was out of stock and would be there later. I was NEVER told it was out of stock when I ordered it. The order said it would take 5 to 8 business days to receive it. When I threaten to cancel it, it was sent out the next day. I will never order from them again.

When I god my earrings they were in perfect condition. I was really happy with them and wear them everyday. I had been looking all over for these earrings to replace a pair i had lost and this was the only place I could find them. The only thing I didn't lik was that they claimed on the site that it would be a 3-5day shippment and I had to wait over 3weeks to receive them.

This armoire ended up costing me more than twice what I finally found it here in Edmonton. Because it came late I had to purchase another one here and was stuck with the other one which was finally delivered to the wrong address! It was damaged besides. The company refused to cancel the order even though I tried to cancel one day after ordering. They did not respond to my emails! I could not return it because I was responsible for the delivery fees which already cost $75.00 one way. So I was left with the job of trying to sell this damaged armoire. Not a good experience!

Ordered item with the understanding that a 3 to 6 day delivery available...ordered 11/12/04...did not receive until 12/14/04...and that after 3 e-mails asking status of order received a response finally after the 3'rd e-mail.
Now have phoned seller 12/26/04 and am awaiting a return authorization via e-mail because sorely disapointed in quality of the item. Picture of item on site very misleading and want to return for refund ! Can find comparable item at retail store for a lesser price and/or a higher quality comparable item for the same price.
