I was looking to buy a very expensive nameplate (over $1,000) with diamonds, but I couldn't find any local stores around here that would do it for me to my exact specifications. Searched online and found this website that seemed to be legit, so i called them up. The guy that I spoke with was very patient and answered all of my questions and knew his stuff. I gave him all my requirements, he gave me a quote right there, emailed me samples of their previous work, and I was sold! The price he gave me was lower than what I was expecting, so it was a huge plus. Two weeks later, and this STUNNING nameplate necklace arrived (with a free chain!) and I haven't stopped wearing it! I LOVE IT!!!

Very satisfied. Easy to order online, they have many different styles and colors of the bracelets I was shopping for.  I was shopping for a set of shamballa bracelet and neck chain that will match when worn together I decided on a bracelet first and wait to get it and then decide on the shamball chain. I got my jewelry today and its exactly what I expected. The bracelet is nice and the balls are nicely made. It's adjustable so it fit just fine. Quick shipping and prices are very good. I ordered a shamballa ball bracelet. Now that I see how nice it is I will be buying more jewelry from them again. Now I have to decide which neck chain to order that will match my bracelet.

OMG just got my lauren conrad 2 finger ring just in time for christmas like they promised its way hot i luv it!!!! it fits perfect. they said it takes 2 weeks to make but i got it in 1 I am soooo happy. now im going to order the matching name necklace and hoop earrings to complete the look. ordering online was easy as all the custom stuff i wanted to have on my ring was available to add easily, they emailed me after i gave them the order with the production time and other info, i got the tracking number email when they shipped it and i got it 2 days before chrismas. i was worried i wouldnt get it in time but the order info said holiday shipping garranteed and it came just in time. I also got a discount coupon for my next order which ill be using.

Bought the gold Lauren Conrad name ring and it just arrived, it's awesome!!! It's really high quality, I'm really happy with it - I called before I ordered and the person on the phone knew the product very well and explained everything to me. The ring sizes are perfect, and it was easy to find and order stuff out on their site. I also shopped around and they had the lowest price for the LC name ring. Delivery took two weeks, but I knew that before I ordered. Most custom places take at least that long, I order a lot of custom jewelry and im going to buy from this place from now on. I feel very comfortable with this website.

I am thrilled at the quality of the diamond nameplate pendant I bought. It was exactly as I imagined. I upgraded the chain and the amount of diamonds with the help of Alexa from customer service and my expectations were met 100%. I paid half of what it would cost me locally. It was an overall good shopping experience. I called before I placed the order in order to find out the sizing issues and return policy of the name rings. Also to find out the number of letters that could be used to have the ring still look good. The genleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have not yet received the ring as I chose the "free shipping" option. It stated that it could take 2 weeks. I placed the order on 6/9/08 and it is 06/17/08, so they still have time, based on their estimate.

My only suggestion for this mechant is to add more detail to the items they are selling, for instance, the navel ring I am purchasing there was no way for me to find out the length of it. :o( I'm hoping it will work. Most of them come standard but having the option of the length since it is personalized jewlery would be nice or at least knowing the length prior to receiving or ordering would also be beneficial. Thank you.

I feel there should be better communication between customer and merchant. The phone number given goes straight to voicemail and I never got to speak to a voice. Communication should not only be via email and as it was emails were not answered in a timely manner. The product was smaller than what I expected, don't get me wrong it is a nice piece but I expected better service.
