I received three jewerly items from Jewelry Television.  One gave me hives, and I suspect it was not really sterling silver.  Second item had foggy "rubies" haphazzardly set.  Third item was a necklace with a rough interior edge and those CZs were foggy and poorly set.  I returned all three and now JTV refused to refund both my initial shipping and "processing" and also my return shipping.  I am out $27.59 and have nothing to show for it.  If they go out of business, fine! and I hope the customer service employees there have difficulty finding new work. The two I spoke with there seemed to take too much pleasure reading the standard script and telling me they were glad they could help me.  not.  The FTC should be investigating Jewelry Television.  I shop at QVC and HSN and don't have any issues with those television shopping channels.

I have bought several things from Jewelry Television and have been satisfied with what I bought.  I am just overwhelmed by the huge amount of shipping and handling they charge.  They ask you to review your purchase, but they screen the reviews.  If you complain about the shipping and handling, they refuse to post your review.  So, I came out here to post my review.  Never should a company screen their reviews and refuse to post anything negative about them.   Beware that you will be paying excessive shipping and handling if you buy from Jewelry Television.

I am a gem lover who is currently pursuing a Graduate Gemologist degree through the G.I.A. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jewelry Television. They offer high quality goods at top-notch prices and have the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Their mixed faceted gemstone parcels are by far my favorite item. Where else can you get gems worth hundreds or thousands of dollars for only $1.50 per carat?!?

A very dissatisfied customer - I ordered a pair of earrings - I never received them in the mail and they took the money out of my account right away. I have to wait 1 whole month before they will do anything for me. I asked for a refund & they said NO. I would advise anyone to not shop with Jewelry Television - they are a scam! I have been a happy customer of Jewelry Television for over 3 years. I love the jewelry selection and prices. I bought an Akoya pearl (6mm) 18 inch necklace for $69 and it appraised for over $900. I do not shop retail for jewelry ever! Need I say more?

I ordered a very expensive bracelet from Jewelry television. $799.99 And when I recieved the item it looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be a mandarin orange round stone bracelet. The gold was the only good part of it. The stones were not orange, more a bad yellow banana with a hint of orange, the diamonds were laughable. The stones were so foggy that I was shocked! I would have kept the item if the color was right. But no way it was even close. I have had a few bad experiences with them but this was the worst for quality. I will never order an expensive item from them ever again.

I have been a loyal JTV shopper since they were ACN...I have ordered MANY items from finished jewelry to loose gems...I have been pleased with the items...I have had to send back items maybe 3 times in all that time...customer service was very polite and helpful...issue resolved quickly. A HAPPY customer is one which never had and issue...A LOYAL customer is one who had and issue and it was resolved FAST.

quality is not gem, but a good value for the money and way way way better than any other television shopping service- comparable to mall stores- to do better, try the blue box store, or hw's or cartier, etc- but, for good quality satisfactory items, they are excellent-

I have been shopping with Jewelry t.v.for about a year now. For the most part (with only 1 or 2 minor exceptions),I have been very happy with my experience in dealing with this company. My latest purchase was also my most expensive to date... 3 diamond band rings: 1 blue+white, 1 green+white, and 1 white diamond. The quality of these rings are AMAZING! I have never had to return anything thus far and I've always had my purchases sent to me in a timely fashion. I've never had a problem with customer service and I've never been overcharged for anything I've ordered. the product is (in my case) more than worth the cost! I'm looking forward to continuing my relaionship with them as a consumer.

Jewelry Television cannot be trusted. I have received several badly damaged pieces from them (aren't purchases supposedly inspected before they are mailed?) but the last straw was when I bought a pair of citrine earrings that were advertised as 40 carat total gem weight. When I received them, they looked much too small, so I had a jeweler weigh them. The earrings turned out to be--with the gold, mind you--only about 20 carats! Jewelry Television never gave a satisfactory answer to my demands for an explanation of this debacle, so I resolved never to risk shopping with them again. I wonder how many other people have been ripped off like this without knowing it.

And what's with their new practice of selling appraisals of their own jewelry? Am I the only one who sees something fishy in this??

I have tried a range of items offered by jtv; mixed gemstone parcel, gemstone jewelry and diamond jewelry. In each instance delivery was quick but quality was very poor in light of the overblown claims that show hosts made as they presented the items that I purchased. True enough, I got my refunds as guaranteed, but was out of pocket for excessive S&H charges plus return postage. When high-end, top quality items are presented often times there is very little savings over careful shopping in your own town. The staff that I spoke to on the phone were always very friendly,efficient and helpful.

I have bought maybe a dozen items from this organization. A 1/2 ct diamond ring, which arrived today. They are smaller diamonds in a large heavy setting. The diamonds are bright white and the ring even sparkles in a dimly lit room. Similar items in the jewelry stores around Dallas are over $500. The shipping is very quick and their 30 worry free return is for real.

I have also gotten packaged lots of mixed loose gemstones. Then purchased various iolite, ruby, tanzanite, tourmaline, and diamond rings, earrings, and pendants. All have been as described and arrived in excellent condition.

This is the only jewelry network that has ever been able to please me. They are honest, economical, and deliver quality products in a timely way. ACN gets 5 stars from me.

I could easily write a volume about the American Collectibles Network (ACN) shopping experience. I have been TV shopping for jewelery for over a decade but have never seen the value, selection and quality that ACN offers. These are prices formerly available only to wholesalers. So many of the selections are also the one of a kind variety --so it's not likely you'll see 10 other women wearing the identical piece. The customer service people are top of the line--they are helpful in resolving any concerns or problems arising with an order.
Thanks to ACN's affordable pricing, I have been able to purchase jewelery I could only dream about before. The pieces I wear to work ALWAYS bring on compliments (and envy!).
