Jewerly Televison is unbelivable. If you order an item and them cancel it 5 minutes later they are okay with that BUT...still charge your account and wait 3 days to take it off. What the heck. If you decide not to purchase the item then cancel the credit card order as well. I lost so much money by them holding it for 72 hours. I asked about this to a customer service rep. and she said that there is nothing they can do. WHAT?! If you go to a store to buy a product and then decide not to take it 5 minutes later then they don't hold your money. And if that item is sold out you know some one it right away. So they are profiting double.
If they can take out the money so darn quick then they should replace it.
Also, I once placed an order the night before and canceled early next morning and they say it was shipped
already...yeah right. They tell you it will be shipped in 10-14 days.
And, I am talking not even 10 hours later. So they will ship it 10-14 days later and I have to pay another shipping charge to send the item back. No wonder they are doing so well they are living off people like me and you.
I sent things back and I purposly using the overnight express shipping and put all items in one box and insured them like the company says to do. And the still took up to 20 days. They say they will refund the item to your bank 15 days from the time received. They received this the next day.
They took over a month to replace the money into my account.
I am so frustrated and agree with the person who said Class Action Suit.
And if you ask the Accounting Department they just don't care about you. The hosts are nice on TV and say to write them with questions, well I wrote several times and no response ever!!!
