crap customer service, poor quality product

We ordered a black diamond ring from Jewelry Television. It was supposed to be my engagement ring and I had wanted it before my shower. The package arrived at my work on the Tuesday prior to my shower and it contained the wrong ring. I called their customer service line, very upset, and no one would help me as it was my fiance's name on the credit card. No one apologized, they were snotty and couldn't care less, no one would help me at all, and on my second call they refused to escalate my call to a supervisor. They didn't care that we had a ring that was priced at $300 more than we had paid, and so on. Needless to say, we returned the ring (and are still waiting on a refund more than two weeks later) and shopped elsewhere, with much better results. Also, the ring we did receive, though priced around $500, was poorly made - a three stone diamond ring where the center and one side stone were one size, and the other side stone was smaller. Totally lopsided! I will never shop with them again - if not just because of the lousy customer service, then because of the poor quality of the merchandise.
