In last 3mos I have purchased loose gemstone(s), jewelry, mixed faceted parcels, and supplies. About 50% of my orders are disappointments that have led to returns. Gemstones have been chipped, scratched, jewelry with missing stones, broken earring posts, broken ring bands. Parcels have not contained the great gemstones and 'find' hosts proclaim. They read email testimonials from customers getting diamonds and other precious stones-beware most customers couldn’t tell the difference between morganite, kunzite, rose quartz and amethyst. Even some jewelers can't without the right equipment. The parcels mostly contain irregular and poorly cut stones, uncalibrated, heavily included (deposits) and common stones like garnets, quartz and topaz. Many TV hosts overstate items to being deceitful. Most I put on mute. One male gemstone host proclaimed the company added large carat wgt gems in current parcel. I called Customer Service to validate, they would not. It appears to me the studio uses colored lenses on their lights to enhance the appearance of the item, if so, they all probably do (TV shows). Items do appear larger on TV then when received so pay attention to carat wgt in description. Item images on web site are washed out and do not depict true appearance of item, best to use TV program in conjunction with web site and item number to reduce impulse buying and be able to compare to other similar items on their site. Company will credit you for damaged goods including original shipping charges and with proper documentation will re-imburse return shipment with a check. You need to manage your credit card statement and make copies of documents to make sure you are credited. They lost the paperwork on one of my returns. I have learned more about gemstones in last 3mos from this show than in whole life but you need selective listening to ignore the bs. Cheryl is good, has a degree in gemology, Dawn does not oversell. I've been happy with my Tanzanite and Red Labradorite gems and some jewelry pieces. You will be either delighted or disappointed with your purchase
