Before shipment, I received a call from your Rep, at home and when I could not be reached there I was called at work, about a slight difference in one of the chaines. The difference was so slight that I probably would not have noticed, but they felt it necessary to let me know before shipment. This kind of Customer Satisfaction service is very rare in a discount retailer. I'm advertising manager for a car dealership with franchises for Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Lotus, Chevrolet and Mazda....I know about customer satisfaction. Initially, item was back-ordered, although website indicated it was available. They never contacted me about the delay...it wasn't until I called them a week later that I found out about the back-order. I had ordered 2 items, but even the one in stock didn't ship until they received the one on back-order...even though they shipped in separate boxes anyway. When I received the globe that had been backordered, it was defective and I had to send it back!

I returned the product cause it wasn't exactly what I wanted. Shopping the inter-net is like shopping with a catalog, sometimes you can't quite tell. The description was complete, I'm just not good with measurements. I contacted them to find out how to return. They responded very quickly. I returned the product as instructed and received a credit also very quickly. I'm looking around to see exactly what I want and what the dimensions are and then I will more than likely order from JewelBasket.com again.

They have some great products that I couldn't find anywhere else. However, I was disappointed that several things I wanted were no longer in stock after I placed my order. (It was the holiday season so this is somewhat understandable.) Customer service was extremely responsive. I received a phone call minutes after placing an order, when the jewelbasket rep had a question about it. The bottom line is disappointment with the inventory, but extremely impressed with the customer service.
