I ordered a ring for my husband in early December that was intended as a Christmas gift. The website advertises that shipment occurs within 1 to 3 days. I selected 2nd Day Air shipping to ensure that the product would arrive prior to Christmas. After one week, I had not received the ring nor had I received any response why the shipment was delayed. My numerous emails were responded to in a timely fashion, but the responses were not satisfactory. I did not receive any explanation as to the reason for the delay, even after pointing out that their website stated shipment is within 1 to 3 days. I still have not received my item, and it is now after Christmas. I will never use this company again and strongly discourage anyone else from doing so. I cannot believe that this company is so highly rated, especially with regard to customer service and delivery.

The merchandise was defective when we received it. Though the seller was very prompt is shipping the earrings, they weren't a very good quality and workmanship. I don't believe the damage was the fault of the seller, but i can't believe they they'd try to sell such merchandise like that. I will never buy jewelry online again. I probably, therefore, wouldn't buy anything from this merchant. Thanks for promptly sending the earrings and crediting our account promptly upon their return.

The product was of a good quality. Considering I made my purchase on a Thursday and didn't receive my purchase until the following Friday, I fopund delivery extremely slow at best. The idea it takes five days to deliver something by Ups is rediculous.

I am extremely happy and pleased with my shopping experience at JewelBasket.com. The map was sent as a gift and I presume it was received without damage (unfortunately, conflicting schedules have prohibited contact with the recipient). One comment regarding the Gemstone Map description. The measurement of the map should be in terms of "length" and "height," without any reference to "diameter." The term diameter is applicable to a circular or spherical objects (e.g., a glove). I recommend that you delete the term "diameter" in your map descriptions.

the quality of my bracelet is not equal to the price, $209, that I paid for it. The chain has many rough edges which can easily damage clothing. Also, it is VERY thin gold. The vendor has a no return stipulation for this product, so I am stuck with it.

Taking into consideration of the price of the bracelet, I was disapppointed in the quality of the bracelete's materials. I purposely intended to purchase a bracete with quality construction as I am an avid athlete with a medical condition, whom frequently does not carry the typical identification one often carries during the regular course of the day (wallet with driver's licence). I did not find this bracelete constructed with the expected materials, the connecting clasps and eyeletes(?) that connect the bracelet together, as within a short time of wearing the bracelet (hours) after receiving it, the bracelet's connecting clasp/eyelete, connecting the bracelet to the medical identification medal broke -- this is while wearing while doing normal activities around one's house. I contacted the merchant by email, he did respond quickly, asking that I return the bracelet for repair or replacement. However, since doing so would mean going without the bracelet for probably another three weeks, the cost of my shipping the bracelet back, and the fact that it would probably be repaired with the same quality of materials, I decided that I would take the bracelet to a jewler's here to have it repaired, replacing the connecting clasps/eyelets with materials of higher quality. I own several bracelets and have never had one break where this one broke.
