An absolutely first rate merchant. Highly recommend! Service was impeccable,and,as promised in a personal phone call, even better than the pictures. On the other hand, I never would have clicked on the name of this merchant from my googlesearch,except that I was desperate to find the kind of luxury product I was looking for. Jewelrybasket is a very unpromising name, and does not in any way invite a customer in. It sounds like Walmart or Target. I hope they consider changing it. But, regardless, I have recommended them to several friends already. I was so very impressed with everything about them but the silly name!

I ordered the jewelry box on December 2nd. It wasn't delivered until December 21st. I was a little nervous because if there had been something wrong with it I would not of had time to exchange it. I guess they where out of stock and had it on backorder. It would of been nice if they had sent me an e-mail to that effect.I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. The jewelry box is beautiful and I'm very satisfied.

A normal transaction. I got what I expected when I expected it. Only problem was that the item was shipped by mail and the post office left the item hung on the mail box. You don't want a $400 item haning beside the road.

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift, and I do not plan on assembling until December. I hope that when I assemble it, and if there is a problem they would be willing to replace any defective parts at that time.

I really enjoyed shopping at Jewelbasket. I had no problems to find what i wanted, friendly site. The only problem i had was i saw to many nice things and i do not have enough money !(smile), but as saving again as there are alot more jewellery i saw that i like. I have also told others about the site and have given them the web site address, spo you should be expecting a few more order form the uk!. Finally i really do love the boxes that the jewellery are presented in, i shall be keeping all the boxes!. Thank you for making shopping at Jewel basket a wonderful experience. I most also comment on the fact that the earring i originally wanted was out of stuck and most consumer would just send a note with the other goods to say oyt of stock, but costumer service was excellent, i was called and informed that the item was out of stuck if i would like to choose something else, i was so happy, thanks a million, its good to surf or else i would not have found you guys!

Overall I was happy with my shopping experience at JewelBasket.com. The one complaint I had was that there was no tracking information available until the day before I received the product. My purchase was a gift, which I needed prior to my leaving town so I could take it with me & if not, purchase something else to replace it. Being unable to find out anything regarding the approximate ship date was very frustrating.

I ordered a ring for my husband through jewelbasket.com particularly because the shipping information on the website suggested that most in-stock items could ship the next day. I was ordering late in the holiday season, Dec. 11th, and really wanted to receive my order ASAP. When the order did not ship immediately, I called customer service. They were very personable. They told me they were very busy and that it could take 7 days to ship my order. Over the next week, I was in contact with the company 3-4 times. They even made sure to call my cell phone so that my husband would not find out about the surprise. Finally, I was told on Tuesday that if the item was not shipped by the Wednesday before Christmas, they would up my shipping to overnight for free. I received an email that the ring was shipped on Wednesday, Dec. 22 and it actually arrived on Thursday marked "urgent", even though I had paid for 2-day delivery. All-in-all, I have no complaints. I made sure to keep informed on the progress of my purchase and they did everything they could to ensure I recieved my order by the big day--even though they were busy. And the ring was gorgeous - my husband loved it!
