The ring was beautiful and this is the 2nd ring I have received from this vendor. The only comment I have is that as the ring was worn, a silver plating seemed to wear off and scratches were very evident. I was under the impression that the ring was solid silver, not plated and the ad never stated it was plated.

I was promised this order would be shipped soon. I paid for 2nd day air, and it was still late. I was giving this as a gift at a party. Very embarrassed in front of my friend when I did not have the gift. The order was backordered and they were suppose to call when available. Instead they shipped without permission. This transaction was extremely frustrating. In addition the clasp did not fit on the charm and I have to pay anotheer$30 plus to have a new clasp put on. I think I am flexible and understanding, but this is one site I seriously doubt I will order from again. Thank YOu!

Tried many vendors including E-Bay and Craigs List looking for a certain type of ankle bracelet. Only Jewel Basket had what I was looking for. The only thing I do regret from Jewel Basket was the inscription I asked for on the back on the bracelet which was omitted.

The service was fine but the bracelet I ordered has not withstood wear for even one month. THe finish on it is scratched, tarnished, and looks terrible. I've tried cleaning it but to no avail. For $57, I think this would be a better quality piece.

I was very unhappy with the ring that I brought, it was off centered and I sent it back, but when I got it back, it still looks off centered. Plus I was to get half of a refund on the shipping, which I did not get. The stuff that is being sold in my opinion is junk. I am very disstatified.

Day after placing order with JewelBasket, we received a phone call notifying us that the bracelet was out of stock and wouldn't be available for the "Christening" date as was planned. Cancellation of order appeared in my e-mail that evening. Extremely thankful for dealing with a good businessman. Fulfilled my jewlery needs elsewhere but will be back.
