Be prepared to WAIT, and then be disappointed

Ordered 3 sets of scrubs. The order went through and the waiting began.
Two weeks after our order was placed, one of the six expected pieces arrived. Another week passes. Don't bother calling Jasco/All Heart - they will not take your calls. Your only mode of communication with them is email--where again you get to wait. After three weeks of waiting and many emails that we had to initiate, we were told that Jasco cancelled our order because items were no longer available. We are still waiting for an RMA for the single piece that is useless without its corresponding pants. I expect we will be emailing and waiting for a long time. Sorry Jasco, I used to be a fan. I'm breaking up with you because of your bad communication skills. -Dr. J. |

I have to agree. Jasco's customer service is not acceptable. I purchased 6 items on sale and they sent me an email stating I would get them in so many days. I received an email stating two were shipped yet I was charged for six? I received only one of them ONLY, a black scrub top. I tried calling the phone number they sent me, that just referred me to contacting them via email. I did, no response. I did again....no response. VERY POOR service. What can I do now? I dont want the scrub top without out the bottom? I want ALL the items I purchased, not one top. It has been 15 days, no email, no letter stating my purchase was not available? Why would they think I would order a scrub top and not send me the bottoms. Very frustrated here, would appreciate anyones opinion. I would love to give mine if I could ever get in contact with Jasco's customer service to voice my opinion. For the advertisement Jasco does for all of us professionals that wear scrubs, their customer service is pityful.

I placed an order online and received confirmation shortly after. Three days later I received an email stating that there was a problem with information I had given them. I called the number given in the email only to get a message stating that they do no take phone calls and only have cusomter service through their website. I also received a letter in the mail asking me to call this number. After numerous emails to customer service I still have not gotten a reply. After reading other reviews online, it seems this is typical for Jasco. I would not recommend anyone buying uniforms from Jasco. Go to UA for good deals and good customer service.

Horrible customer service!!! This company would not return/refund my shoe purchase because their "return department" stated they had been worn. Well of course they were worn indoors only how else would you know if a pair of shoes were comfortable to you? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! There are plenty of other uniform catalogs out there who have good customer service and actually have a desire to have a customer come back to them AGAIN!! Jasco has no desire for this!!!

Sometimes they have sent a substitute without informing me or requesting approval of any kind,causing you to either keep the item or the pain in the butt trouble of sending it back.Either way,you don't get what you wanted,and are upset.
I have been happy with the quality of the uniforms. |
