I happened to see this neat uniform on one of my co-workers at work and asked her what brand and where she had purchased it. She told me through the Jasco Uniform catalog and the brand was Dickies.
I work the evening shift and don't always have the time to go shopping at our local malls. So, I went online. I love shopping online. A bit hesitant at buying clothing without first trying it on but I am a bit of a gambler after all.
Website
I found it very easy to maneuver through. It had links for uniforms from name brands to kid types, as well as links for accessories used by nurses like stethoscopes, blood pressure units, scissors, pens, etc.
They have pictures of various brand name uniforms to click on and they bring up another page of thumbprint pics to choose from.
Extremely easy.
Order
I found what I was looking for easily. They have size charts to look at prior to making a purchase.
Placed my order on 14th of March, 2008 for five pair of pants and four scrub tops.
I received all nine items individually packaged and tagged via DHL on the 22nd of March, 2008.
I was kinda surprised to see such a small package at my doorstep and was just sure they must have made a mistake in sending me only one package, but they didn't. To my surprise, they had managed to get all nine items in the mailing bag.
This company gives the shopper the opportunity to order via Fax, phone, online, and mail.
Delivery Speed
All nine items arrived intact and the package was intact too. I received them exactly seven days from the time they were shipped from their warehouse in Illinois.
Cost
I spent a total of $157.40 for the nine items I purchased which included a shipping/processing fee of $14.49.
I found it easy to navigate through to the shopping cart where I could input my credit card information. They accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Pay by check.
Customer Service
They sent me an email immediately after I had made my purchase. Then, sent me a second one notifying me that they had shipped my purchase.
Overall Satisfaction
Totally and completely happy with my purchase and the great customer service.
They do have a return/exchange policy that allows me to return my items within 30 days in the original condition and packaging. The only items they won't accept back are those that have been embroidered. Makes total sense to me.
Will I shop with them again?
Absolutely. Positively!
