My experience was completely positive. After reading the other reviews, maybe I was lucky??? In any case, I read reviews first so wanted to share my experience. I ordered a $2500 Movado diamond watch for $1500. It arrived on time, clearly brand new in the original Movado box, with all original papers, etc. I really wanted to buy from my local Movado retailer, but I just could not overlook the massive price difference. Two things I did: I ordered it next day air saying I needed it the next day for an occasion or I'd cancel my order. Second, I asked him to call the warehouse to verify the model was in stock as his computer screen showed. I figured it was worth the extra $35 shipping to guarantee it was in stock and that worked for me.

Cons: No Movado warranty when buying from an unauthorized reseller like them so you pay for batteries for 3 yrs and any repairs for 5 years. But I've owned another Movado for 10 years. It's been mechanically perfect. And since the original battery lasted 3 years, I've always had to pay for batteries anyway. Also, order a month early as it sounds like they have problems fulfilling other peoples' orders. Maybe I got lucky but my experience with them was perfect. And, despite what you might read from other reviewers, the watch I got from jacobtime was 100% new and 100% real.

Pros: 40% off which in my case saved me $1000. Enough said.

Bottom line: Fortunately, I buy maybe one high-end watch every 10 years so I doubt I'll have the need anytime soon. But if I do, I'd definitely check them out first. Happy hunting! Jim
