I received a gift of a Jackson and Perkins chalet birdhouse. Adorable but does not stand up. No I do not have the receipt but I assumed since it is brand new...never been left outside and it is clearly printed with Jackson and Perkins on the bottom there should be no problem with an exchange. Wrong. Customer Service could not say where else they actually sell these things but stated that it may have been purchased elsewhere possibly Lowes. When I called Lowes they told me they do not sell them. I now have a very colorful birdhouse for the trash collector. Buyers beware!

Terrible! I ordered a wreath on Dec. 6 for a friend. I ordered a little early so she could enjoy it before Christmas. I got a telephone call from them on Dec. 16 - they did not have the wreath but would be getting some and would ship out Monday, Dec. 20 (2-day delivery). I noticed on their website on Dec. 24 that my order was still marked "Not Shipped", so I called customer service. They were 'pretty sure' it had shipped but did not have a tracking number (and could not, in fact, assure me that it had shipped). My friend has not received it.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I was very disappointed in the delievery time. I paid extra for express delievery because this was a gift for someone. I ordered 5 days before the date I expected it to be delievered. It arrived 9 days after the date I ordered. If I consider that you may not deliever on the weekend and exclude 2 days, the order still did not arrive until 7 days after the order was placed. This is NOT express delivery. It was a waste of money. I will not order from your company again.

It was fine. I was told that the plant would arrive ready to bloom. It has been two weeks and it hasn't bloomed yet. This is disappointing.

The delivery was unacceptably late. Ordered on 12/20 for 2 people and the first didn't get their order until 12/29/03; the other people didn't receive their gifts until 01/06/04.

I cannot say enough good things about them. Their warranty is great. If it dies they give you another one. i once had 4 die out of 16, and told the guy that perhaps he should give me 6. he sent me 6.
