Great service and great pricing. I did have a problem with the headset, so had to return it for a replacement. The replacement works fine, but the wait time was quite long. I guess things happen sometimes.

I was very pleased with the price of the mice ($9.00). They could have explained that they would arrive without packaging or installation disks. It did not matter, but I was simply surprised. They could explain in the product description that they would come in small, clear plastic bags. They seem to be a very efficient place, but I would say that they convey no online identity or personality. A very flat feeling when using their website.

I had never shopped with this merchant before and they were not rated so I was a little concerned. But they were a breeze to work with and my order showed up actually earlier than I expected. Price was terrific. I will definitely check with them again for future needs.

I received the product in a timely manner. The product was shipped out on the same day, and arrived about 3 days later. The website does not really look appealing, or professional. I had my doubts at first. However, their prices were very competitive. Overall, I am quite satisfied with their product and service. I will consider shopping there again.
