when I ordered the first pair of pants the representative was very helpful but a few days later I received an e mail stating my order was cancelled as it would not fit my vehicle, I did not understand this as it was a pair of Joe Rocket motorcycle pants , so I called and was advised they were not available from the manufacturer , so I had to ask if there was another pair that was available. The rep did look and find another manufacturer that was in stock but was not knowledgeable about the product and the protection it provides compared to the original item ordered but was still very helpful overall

We loved the fact that we could contact a real person in the chat room, and they were really helpfull. We were not happy at the tracking feature, not up dated, we waited for days for our order to arrive and was told it was on back order, after contacting JC chat room, which was the manufactors, problem. Any way, we fully intend to order from you, because of your service, and we hope we are getting the right awnings.

originally there was an error in pricing. I was assured it would correct itself upon shipping. Eventually I ordered a second needed identical item thru a chat session with no problem, and the price was matched, by a very efficient and friendly cust rep. However I have yet to receive my product, nor the second unit I ordered for my nephew, Bill Diaz. I am now leaving town tomorrow for one month. My nephew will be here to receive both units upon arrival. I hope to have mine delivered before I get back to town.

I did receive most of the order on time. In fact earlier than expected. I have no word on the balance of my order. Invoices are a little confusing. I've ordered before and thought the same thing with their statements. Same parts are listed too many times each time you receive a different parcel. I've also made a comment about the web site, but have not received a response to that question either. I'm wondering if these comment cards (pages) really matter and if they are taken under advisement or not. If I don't hear back with this one it's the last time I'll fill out a comment card. I'll assume it's Just one more company who doesn't really care what customers think. Shipping and discounts are good. Surfing the web site and invoices are poor. Hence a fair rating.

The shopping was great. They had the item I needed at a reasonable price. I didn't know it wasn't going to come from them. I didn't know they were going to send it via FedX ground. It would have gotten here much faster via USPS since it weighed less than two pounds.

Ordered a top for my Jeep. They charged my card. Top not expected to ship for more than four weeks. Had they told me they were selling a product they don't have I would bought it from someone that did.
