Ordered a top for my Jeep. They charged my card. Top not expected to ship for more than four weeks. Had they told me they were selling a product they don't have I would bought it from someone that did.

fast quick and easy the only problem and is not jc whiney fault but the u.s. military postal system is slower once the merchanidse is in military hands for delivery.

The shopping experience was fine, however the product is not useful for me and will be returned. The product's literature was VERY disappointing as whomever wrote it is obviously not an English speaker, it had poor grammer and syntax.

I ordered 3 wiper blades and to date I have recieved only one. Over the last 6 months I have ordered and reordered thes same blades 4 times and to date have recieved only one.

Order was cancelled after waiting 7 days. Order was placed because of an offer of free shipping and 30% off. Merchant offered a good will bonus of free shipping but zero discount. This was a fake bonus because they almost always have free shipping. So I am out the 30% discount. They should have offered to sell me an alternative product at the same discount as my original order. That is, extended the 30% discount offer beyond its expiry date.

The order that was shipped to me was the wrong thing. I called and was given instructions to return items. The order was corrected and put into the system at that time. I shipped the items to be returned but never received the correct items that I ordered.

I ordered motorcycle parts, only one part was wrong. I am not sure why it didn't fit but I sent it back for a refund. I have not received it as yet, but am confident it will be accomplished.

While the online catalog is easy to naivgate and the check out process is straight forward, the wait times listed are not accurate. When I called customer service, they referred the inquiry to the manufacturer. I still have not heard anything. Meanwhile, my car sits waiting for a part.

My shopping experience at JC Whitney was very pleasant, indeed. I received pretty good help from an online agent when I got stuck ordering the door seals. He was extremely helpful. As for delivery time, I think it was pretty decent time considering the distance the goods have to travel. (The door seals were shipped on June 19, 2009, and I received them this morning Monday, June 29, 2009). Later on this week, I will try to put them on my Chev Suburban. I am sure they are in good condition and would fit nicely. I understand the fender trims were sent sometime today, Monday, June 29, 2009. I do not anticipate receiving them until next week. Although this is my first time shopping at JC Whitney, I really enjoyed my shopping experience. Thanks. Roger
