It felt low-budget, overall. Order tracking with Fed Ex was vague and inaccurate at best. Fed Ex even had the last leg of my first parcel arrive by U.S. Mail, for inexplicable reasons (which parcel looked the part). J.C. Whitney should improve its shipping / tracking service to its customers.

Could not beleive how fast the Hitch was delivered, Almost like they knew in advance I was going to order the product and had it sitting in a local warehouse. On a side not, The Hitch fit perfectly, and I also ordered a T coupler for the wiring and if I may make a suggestion the lead from the left taillight to the "T" box could be about 6" longer for ease of mounting and keeping away from the exhaust pipe, and longer zip fasteners would also help and more of them.

Items were nice, but recieved 1 damaged, had to return it to the company. After shipping it back, we called to check the status. I was informed that they had recieved it but it would take 2-3 days to make sure it was damaged. It was obviously damaged through shipping and I fell it is not right that it will take 3 days to check it. I paid for the item and they have my money. SO they should make it a higher priority.

The Oil Coolers I received are what I needed. I am glad to see that they were made in North America rather in China. But in the catalog there was a Oil Cooler Installation Kit that was was not available by the part number that was given.

I have been shopping with JCW for over 40 years and have never had a problem with shipping or the quality of the products. I had a return once and that was totally painless as well, (Motorcycle helmets) wrong size! I will continue to shop with them for the products I need and use.

The motorcycle mirrors I ordered were a very good quality and I am happy with them. However, the motorcycle boots I ordered had poor quality snaps on them and broke off when I tried the boots on. Subsequently when I returned them there was a delay in crediting my account due to misinformation on the companies part. I had to make 3 follow up telephone calls before I was able to get a credit returned to my credit card. I really liked the boots, too bad they had such inferior snaps on them.

The part pictured in the catalog in no way resemble the part I recieved. It had to be returned. The customer service rep did a exllent job for me. The second part in my order has never be recieved. I'm now planning to start checking on it's status???
