THE WORST, STAY AWAY FROM PENNY FURNITURE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT ALL. I HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE I MADE THE MISTAKE OF ORDERING A CHAIR ON LINE. IT WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, IT WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR WE EVER SAT IN AND THE QUALITY WAS VERY BAD, THREADS HANGING OFF EVERY SEAM. I TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHEN I FOUND OUT THE CHAIR WAS COSTING ME AN EXTRA 150.00 TO DELIVER, BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE PERSON WHO WAS TAKING CARE OF THIS PROBLEM. I HAD TO CHOOSE ANOTHER CHAIR ON LINE AND AFTER WAITING A MONTH THE CHAIR CAME AND IT WAS JUST AS BAD AS THE FIRST. SO NOW I AM WAITING FOR MY THIRD CHAIR AND IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS. YESTERDAY I GOT A CARD SAYING THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 WEEKS. THEY STILL WONT LET ME JUST GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY WOULD RATHER KEEP SENDING ME CHAIRS UNTIL I FIND ONE I LIKE. FOOLISH ISN'T IT ,I WOULD THINK SINCE IT IS COSTING 150.00 TO DELIVER THEY ARE LOSING MONEY BY HAVING DELIVERY MEN COME AND GO. THE DELIVERY MEN ARE OUTSOURCED AND DO NOT CARE, THEY COME INTO MY HOME WITH SNOW LEAVING PUDDLES!! I THINK PENNY'S SHOULD DEFIANTLY GET OUT OF THE FURNITURE BUSINESS, THEY ARE THE WORST!
