While the purchasing and receiving of the products was excellent I was a little disappointed in the product. The four pc Caroler Family was not what I thought it was going to be. The description given states that it is made of resin and polyester. I assumed that the entire piece was made out of this material. Unfortunately the pieces are actual just hollow plastic (thin) cones and only the hands, and faces are actual the resin. Very disappointed in this, Would not recommend this purchase to anyone, The cost for the item is far to excessive for the construction of the item.

JCPenney did not take responsibilty for the delay in shipping a product I ordered from them. They claims it was it was up to the distributor/merchant. If they dd not have the product in stock, they should have indicated this fdact from the beginning, as they did with other products I tried to order to have delivered for Christmas. When tracking item, the status claim order pending with no explanation. Furthermore, if the order was going to be delayed, it would be commomn courtesy to send and e-mail stating the shipping would be delayed and gave me the option to cancel.

Still have not received a response to my email asking why I'm being billed for shipping. There was a special and I was not supposed to be charged for shipping.

I first tried to place an order via telephone but found the customer service rep to be so rude and devoid of a personality that I decided to place my order online (not to mention I could hardly understand his broken English). I have never ordered from jcp.com before and will not do so again. I had 3 gift cards I was going to use but was told I could only use 2 gift cards. Had I known this was going to be the case, I wouldn't have asked for Penney's gift cards for Christmas. Nonetheless, I placed my order online on 12/30/07, my credit card was charged on 01/03/08, today is 01/10/08 and I still have not received my order. The tracking information on the website has not changed from the second day after the order so it provides no information. For these reasons, I will not order from jcp.com again nor will I recommend it to my friends and family.

Could not get any answers about my order. Part shipped in a timely manner and there is still 1 item that has never shipped. When I ordered online it showed 1 week shipping and now it has been over a month and I have not received the item or anything explaining why. If I had known it was not going to be reliable I would never have ordered anything thru this site. Very unhappy.

Cotton blankets purchased on-line were $20.00 higher than the cotton blankets displayed in Winter 2008 sale catalog. I entered catalog number in on-line search, and the "higher priced" cotton blankets were displayed on-line. Didn't notice the rate hike during purchasing process (or expected catalog 'discount' to be applied) Don't appreciate 'bait and switch' tactics of catalog vs. on-line purchasing.

I think my order was delayed due to the need for custom hemming of the slacks I ordered. However, the web site and order confirmations didn't actually mention this to set my expectations appropriately. It would have been nice to receive an estimate of when it would ship. Thanks.
