The headboards were backordered for a short time -which was ok. The other items were shipped to me timely. I had to pick the headboards up at the store and lady who waited on me at Collin Creek Mall in Plano, TX was very nice and even put them on a dolly and took them to my car for me which I thought was above and beyond - all because she couldn't get a response from anyone else in the store. Kudos to her. Sorry I do not know her name.

I will have to return one top - it is cut too narrow - very thin making it see-thru and since it is has eyelet work I believe it makes the fabric look puckered around that area.

I ordered several items of which only one was on backorder. I am still waiting for the entire order as they wait to send out the order with the backordered item. Almost every other retailers that I deal with will send the items that are in and send the b/o item when it arrives. This was unacceptable to me. I am not sure if I would order again from jcp. I also don't like that they charge a shipping and handling fee to pick your order up at a local store. I don't believe they did this a few years back.

the cost of shipping was extremely high when jc penney like other merchants has a delivery contract with them like other merchants and they pay the actual costs of the shipping not the high cost I was charged

Every merchant has tank tops this time of the year, and I have purchased some. The one's I ordered from Penneys exceeded my expectations. The quality is outstanding, much nicer than any that I have. The on-line shopping experience was easy; the merchandise arrived in a timely fashion and I certainly will order on-line again.

I have been shopping at J.C Penney for years via mail and at a local mall. The website is user friendly and very easy to find items you are looking for. I have made several returns on items and have never had a problem. That is one of the reasons I like to shop at Penneys. The quality of the products I would rate excellent.

I thought I was getting a changing table dresser combo like the add said but I just got the dresser. I was told this was a mistake on your end. The top was damaged and I had to call three times to get that piece sent to my daughter. I was a bit disappointed with JC Penney
