I have been a customer at jcp.com for a couple years now and I must say that they are batting a 1000. I receive all my merchandise in excellent condition and in a timely fashion. If I must return I can take to the nearest retail or catalog store or back to jcp.com. No hassles from start to end. I recommend jcp.com for all your shopping needs that your family have. I was rather displeased with the fact that it cost me six dollars to have my delicate panties shipped to me in a flimsy bag. As a result, a few of them seem to not be in as good a condition as new, as they would have been had they been shipped in a more appropriate box. I won't buy online from JCP again; I'd hate to shell out a pretty penny for shipping costs for a cheap plastic bag.

boot box looked like it had been returned many,many times before & box was totally torn up with holes all over it & held together with 2 twist ties. Shoe box so bad I can't even put boots in in after season. Shipped in a box that was 4 times to big with absolute no packing around shoe box. This is the worst quality of shipping from any company I have ever used by far & I paid $13.00 for this. Totally, totally unacceptable very disappointed in company.

Great site, fair prices, decent products. I do wish they would change their options regarding items that must be transferred from other warehouses. Transfers delay the shipping of the entire order. JCP should offer multiple shipping options, like Amazon does, under such circumstances, rather than delay the other items.

I ordered items for my son's christening so I obviously needed them by a certain date. The shipping was repeatedly delayed & nobody in customer service could tell me why.The 1st time I tried to cancel someone assured me it would be on time. After several more days I did cancel & the rep told me it had not been shipped. Because of this, at the last minute, I was forced to purchase replacement items locally that I did not want. After all that (and after the christening)I received an email from JCPenney saying I cancelled too late & the item was shipped to my house, messing up my bank account with an unexpected charge... The original merchant's shipping info. indicated they shipped it the day after I ordered it so the problem was with JCPenney. The item was perfect when I got it but really serves no purpose for me now. Horrible service & I will never shop with them again.

I LOVE SHOPPING ON LINE WITH JCP, THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I WANT AND IT IS SOOO EASY AND QUICK TO GET YOUR ORDER. THEY HARDLY EVER HAVE WHAT YOU WANT IN THE LOCAL STORE. HOWEVER, IF YOU DRIVE 70 MILES TO DAYTON THEY HAVE A NICE STORE IN THE DAYTON MALL, BUT THATS TOO FAR TO TRAVEL.

Everything has been good, which probably has been 20 times . I ordered the tapastery off of a wedding regeristy,when I got it, I was charged shipping , I showed it to the clerk and she gave me my $9.50 credit back, with no problem. I was impressed. Hae had no problems all the other times

It took a few days after placing the order for the store in Michigan to receive the item. I called the 800 number on my order and was told the item was in. When I got to the store, the person in pickup was very friendly and got the order promptly. I was in and out of the store within less than 15 minutes.

The quilts were of poor material quality. On top of that, we got an e-mail AFTER we placed our order which allows us as "good customers" to place our next order free of shipping charges. If we are such good customers why weren't we offered free shipping on this order because now we are going to return the quilts and we are out our shipping charges. It's not the right thing to do.

never had a problem shopping at jcp, all items always received on time, always what I EXPECTED, good condition. I am thinking about purchasing a bed or two from JCP. I never purchased furniture, but hope i receive the same results.

The curtains I was looking for were not a specialty item (pretty basic, actually) but I was nonetheless pleased to find them in stock, in the size I wanted, and on sale! Delivery was even a bit quicker than I expected. This was a very good online shopping experience and I would not hesitate to buy from JCPenney online again.

i was told that something was on back order about two weeks ago and still have not heard anything on this product. the other items were returned because they were not what i ordered. the back ordered item isn't what i wanted either but i was told i would have to wait for it to come in before i'm able to return it.
