I found the correct item quickly, the price was the best I found, the ordering process was quick. The merchandise arrived more quickly than expected. The only problem I encountered was when I was sent tracking information in an "your order has been shipped" email. The FedEx tracking number for one item worked immediately and was accurate. However the email included two USPS tracking numbers which never operated, and for which I couldn't even figure out the need, since I only ordered one item. It was confusing, but when my item package arrived Fed Ex, I didn't worry about the rest of it.

I received the product that I ordered at a good price, the shipping was paid for, unfortunately I was unable to get the product to function as advertised. I had to return it just yesterday. But I have placed an order with this company for a different product. I have being doing business for JCW for years and even did so when I believe it was called Warshawsky. Am I correct?

Very challenging. The chrome saddle bag supports were a gift for my son. He had seen them on JC Whitneys website and had shown them to me. The next day I went on the website with the specifics in hand. I spent over and hour trying to relocate them. I had no success. I called customer service 4 times. Each time CSR could not locate the specific support. The 4th time I called the CSR told me she would call me back. She was going to contact the vendor and then get back to me. She never called back. So I tried looking for them myself again on the web site, I entered specifics in the search bar, I clicked on motor cycles, then typed in the make, model and year to find the supports...no good
I used the on line chat service offered. It took over an hour for the CSR to locate the specific product. The product came to 72.99, just 2.01 short of free shipping. I asked if the CSR could waive the shipping charge. I was told no. So I looked to see if there was any other product I could get my son. I found fingerless gloves and a skull cap.
The Chrome supports have arrived. There is no written specifications on the packaging to be sure if they are the correct supports. I will not know until my son tries to install them. The CSR gave me the wrong information on sizing for the gloves. Hopefully the gloves will fit.
The pricing is good on this site. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. NEED FAR MORE TRAINING ON PRODUCT INFORMATION AND NAVIGATING THE WEBSITE. One of the reps. argued with me about the supports. Told me I was wrong, that the company did not carry the requested product: 1st I saw the product on your web site myself when my son showed me what he wanted, 2nd the CSR should have asked a supervisor for help. I had explained we had seen the product on the web site, just could not relocate it.3rd the rep. almost lost the company a purchase. In these times I do not think any company can afford to lose any sale. Very disappointing shopping experience.

In this day and age, I would expect shipping to be more expedient. I placed the order almost two weeks ago and still have not received my order. I am truly disappointed especially considering the fact that I paid a lot for shipping. Competitors are offering free shipping and the order comes in less than a week. I would not shop here anymore because JC Whitney shipping services is in desperate need of overhaul.

I ordered a new top for my Jeep Wrangler and received it as was told me. I had no problem installing it.I also ordered a set of dual magnification outside mirrors for the same Jeep and they fit fine also, BUT I would not recomend the dual magnification mirrors for they distort what ever your looking at behind way too much.

My shopping experience was great. Product and tracking info was also great. I did have one problem, when shopping one price was listed,but as soon as I added it to my cart the price went up {in my cart only} almost 50.00. It was still a very competitive price.

I orders 4 items and so far I think only one item fit that was the grips. I have Harley-davidson fxstb modle the clutch lever assembly and the brake lever assembly don't fit an i haven't had a chance to try the mirrors, but it look like they are not the right fit. Before ordering i was told lead to beleave that these it would fix my motorcycle, I will probably have to return these items as soon as i can.
