Horrible experience, very disapointed with service. Ordered 21 gal gas tank and weatherstripping for 78 CJ7 on November 1, 2007, told it would be delivered in a week. I received the weatherstripping and brackets for the gas tank in a week, but didn't receive the gas tank. Kept checking status of order told would deliver in 2 weeks and this went on for two months. Finally escalated call to a supervisor she called the distributor, called me back and said yes I would receive my part in 30 days, by then I was already 3 months waiting for my part so what the heck what's another month. Waited until the end of February to check status and guess what the order isn't shipping until March 30, 2008. Called the supervisor and demanded that she explain why my order was backlogged again when she guaranteed I would have it by Feb 23,2008. She told me that it wasn't thirty days yet. I asked her when did I call her and she said January 21, 2008 and I asked her what is today's date and she said February 29, 2008. I then asked her isn't that over thirty days and she was very embarrased and said yes. I"m sure she has called her doctor to get her new butt ordered that I chewed off. Hope she doesn't order it from JC Whitney as she will be waiting a very long time to receive her order. Of course I cancelled the order and will never purchase there again. Which is sad because I have ordered things in the past and never had this experience. So now I'm back to looking for another gas tank.
