Poor customer service and parts not in stock. The worst is that we just got scammed! Read on (long story)-- My husband bought a face shield online for his motorcycle months ago at JC Whitney, which never came in the mail. My husband emailed them three times with no response. A month and a half goes by. They never call him either, and my husband finally had to call them and cancel the order. Thankfully they never charged us since they didn't mail it. Now here's the scam-- Just recently on August 30th, a few months after the transaction, a $10 charge shows up on our account. Thank God I called about it! It only had a name called "WLI*SHOPPERDISCOUNT , 800-8898776 , CT." When I called the phone number listed, the woman said that this company (not JC Whitney, but someone they are doing business with) is a shopping discount center, and the $10 charge is for a membership. Note that my husband NEVER gave them our credit card number. He only purchased the visor from JC Whitney, and that's how the Discount Center got our credit card number! My husband does remember clicking on a $10 off coupon, but never signed up for anything. Hell, he's an attorney - I hope he knows how to read the fine print! We called the 1-800 number, and they said they'd refund the $10, but it would take 3-5 days. Will keep you posted.

Because of all this, my husband checked around, and the visor my husband wanted is no longer being produced. He would have waited forever :( Poor guy.
