I ordered a Japanese Tea Pot through this company. I was emailed #1 that it was not available then #2, emailed it was shipped. Never received it. Called the company, couldn't find any info of my order. Then figured out my credit card was charged even though the item was never available and never shipped! Was then told (while I was on the phone with this company), my credit card was credited. Well folks, nothing yet! First and last time this place gets my business. They are in the category of being the only company to ever screw me over on the web!

I got a great deal on a power juicer I had been looking for at this store. Shipping for a heavy juicer like this kind was pretty horrendous at all the other stores I seen, but JL Hufford offered very acceptable ground rates. The shipment we received was right on, and it arrived even more quickly than expected. Overall, it was one of the most painless online shopping experiences I've ever had, and that gives this site a very high recommendation from me.
