I finally received my FedEx Package. This after a considerable delay of 2 weeks (!!!), which was caused because they did not write the apartment number on the shipping label. That was bad enough !!!

Unfortunately, not only was the delay unacceptable, but also instead of shipping what I had ordered - a Gaggia Espresso Machine - I received a bag of coffee. Unbelievable !!!

This is unacceptable. They did a terrible job.
I want my money back and my credit card credited with the amount of $192 ASAP!!!!.

I will never, EVER, do any business with this company again.
This has been a TERRIBLE experience.

The best online experience I have had for shopping for consumer goods. I have had good experiences from Overstock.com and Amazon, but this was Superior. Great e-Communications! Order arrived exactly when it was supposed to--just days after my order--and it was free shipping as well. The tracking process and notification pages were fast and easy to migrate, and the hotlinks to shipping were instantaneous. I was extremely impressed. The order was placed on the 8th of Nov and I didn't get notified until the 10th that it had been shipped but it arrived on Saturday the 13th which was appreciated. Order came via Fed Ex. Much better than waiting till Monday like what would have been the case with UPS.

The only negative I can report concerning this order is that the bottom of the box was half opened when the package arrived at my house. The bags of product were not damaged though. 1. Order status showed the items as shipped, even though I received an email that they were temporarily out of stock. 2. The email I received stating that the item was temporarily out of stock indicated that a reply was required. This requirement was not obvious until I re-read the email a week later after the shipment status was not updated. Summary: The email that required a response to continue processing my order should have made it more obvious that a reply was required. (In the subject line & on the first line of the message. Possibly with a link to a reply web page.) Additionally, I sent 2 emails. 1 finally replying to your request, and the second to inquire of the revised order status a few days later. I received neither reply nor feedback from either email. Any email should be replied to promptly. The lack of reply made me feel that you already had my money, so I was no longer important enough to respond to.
