Very Disappointing Customer Service If There's a Problem

Well, I thought that I would be able to write a favorable review about my experience, that is, of course, until I actually needed customer service. Ordering and delivery speed were great. I chose to order through J.L. Hufford based partly on the opinions and experiences of others; I can see now, however, that the opinions of many have changed to be less favorable, and now I can see why myself. I ordered this machine and received it incredibly fast. Overall, I WAS very happy with my splurge of a purchase for an espresso maker. Less than 90 days later, after following the care instructions to a "T", I can no longer make an espresso without placing a cup under the steam spout so as to not have water all over my countertop. I am now stuck in between J.L. Hufford and Saeco passing the buck onto me for return shipping since it is past the 30 day time they offer to cover return shipping. I can not believe they will not help me out with this obviously defective machine by trying to do whatever would make the customer happy, in this case, by simply absorbing the return shipping costs. I just want a machine that works correctly and I want to not have to pay any more for this to happen, I think I have already spent plenty.
