Jcrew.com has been one of my best online shopping experiances ever. I was browsing around their clearance section when I saw a sweater I had to have. 5 days later the package was sitting on my door step. I ripped it open only to find that it was the wrong colour. After cursing their name and their lack of competance I forgot about it. Then at 3 A.M. that night I decided to check their website to read their return policy. To my disbelief they had an option where you fill out your phone number and the time you want them to call you to discuss your problem. So I figured why not give it a shot. I put down 5 minutes from that time. 5 minutes later the phone rang and a helpful operator informed me that I could take the sweater back to any J. Crew location for a full refund. INCLUDING SHIPPING. WOW. I am VERY impressed to say the least. This is the best kind of customer support I have witnessed to date. J. Crew will conitnue to get my business because of this.
