I love J&R!  I will always ask to meet a competitors price and they do.  Shipping is fast, customer service is pleasant (That alone is unique these days)  I wouldn't go anywhere else for my electronics.

I found a product that I wanted to buy at another store for much cheaper then J&R offered it so I price matched it over the phone and then made the purchase that way. I was glad that they did price match it but they only beat the other person's price by a few cents so it wasn't that good of a deal and they charged me 9 dollars for shipping because the other site did.

I ordered a Samsung Memoir cell phone through your store. I had ordered a video game through your store in the past and was very pleased with the speed at which I recieved my items. I actually recieved my items faster than I expected. My orders were accurate. your customer service department called to verify my credit card with both my financial institution and myself. This was both surprising and pleasing to me. The representitives were both pleasant and knowledgable. The salesperson "rick" was great I placed my order on 6/11/09 in the morning and it's already on the UPS truck en route to my house.Rick provides excellent customer service and people skills. He helped me place my order using "bill me later" a task that could not be accomodated on 6/10 during the evening hours when I originally inquired.On that date a different person told me "sorry-only online".I didn't know thta J&R had such a vast inventory of products-I ordered a Breville juicer,it's nice to know that your delivery time is so quick to long island-kind of a secret I think? WONDERFUL BUYING EXPERIENCE!  I was a little hesitant about spending so much money for a digital slr camera online, after reading all of the reviews for the last year or so.  I finally settled on J&R Music and Computer World and am very glad that I did.  Some competitors websites didn't have the Nikon D-90 in stock.  J&R's website stated that the camera and the lens I wanted were in stock and would ship in one/two business days. The camera arrived today, one day after it shipped and three days after I purchased it online (with free shipping).  It was extremely well packaged and all of the items were perfect!!  I couldn't be more pleased and thank you so much for a wonderful transaction.  I will definitely be back!!!!  TB

Making my purchase was very easy.  I did have a question and called a J&R salesman.  I was directed to a person promptly, and my question was answered and I placed the order by with the person who answered my question. I specified normal UPS shipping, and recieved the product the next day. This is amazing considering that I live in Boston and the product was shiped from New York.

As this was a reconditioned product I was concerned about quality, and I was assured that if there were any problems that J&R would take care of them. The product worked fine and all the parts were there. I can't comment on how well they handle problems.

I received an e-mail after paying for my order and expected to receive it after 9 business days.  Three days later it showed up!
