Prior to ordering from JR, I had tried to order this exact same printer from Dell. After waiting 2 weeks, I found out my order was cancelled and Dell wanted me to reorder and pay full price and then on top of it they told me it would be another month before the printer would even be shipped.
After having to deal with trying to purchase from Dell, my experiance with J&R was wonderful. I was able to place my order with absolutely no trouble at all. They were honest with me about if the item was in stock. I received my printer 5 days after it was purchased and this was during Christmas week. Their tracking website actually works and gets updated regularly. Much to my surprise, the order was to be delivered on Christmas eve and arrived a day early.
My Kodak ESP9 is exactly what i needed as a homeschool mother of 3. Now I easily print from any room in my home without having to go plug in every time. And with my limited space for peripherals, having one machine do my faxing, copying, scanning, and printing is wonderful. As a mom on a very tight budget, being able to replace all of the ink for only $25 is great!
I am VERY happy with my Kodak ESP9 printer, and even happier with my shopping experience at J&R. I am recommending their store to my homeschool group and friends. J&R will definitely be first on my list of places to check in the future when I need computer or electronic gear.
