J&R was fast and accurate.  I also chose their site because they had the lowest price for a 4-port KVM switch and video adapter that I wanted.  My feelings about the products I purchased--- well, that's another story.  But I would definitely go with J&R again.

First off, I ordered the part on Thursday and it was sent out on Friday.  Excellent.

They shipped with UPS, which I don't like, because I live alone and am not home during business hours.  That pretty much means that UPS will never find me and the package will be returned to the shipper.  By default, J&R had disallowed "Will Call" so when I called UPS to have the package held, I was denied.  However, I contacted J&R and they responded very quickly, saying that they would make Will Call available for my package.  As a result I was able to pick up my package at UPS with no problem.  Also good.  The response I got from J&R was from a real person, who actually read my email and didn't cut and paste a bunch of pre-written useless advice into the response.  This was very good!

I would defintely buy from J&R again--- this time, I would request no UPS or tell them right away I need to use Will Call.
