I bought a Nikon 90 camera and an 18 200mm lens. Everything was great. They gave me a good price and fast shipping. With all of the rip-off artist out on the web it's good to know there are still honest sellers out there. I ordered from another source first and ended up with a Gray Market Nikon and had to fight to get my money back. I ordered for J&R Music and needed a camera fast because of my last experience with the other vender, the person a J&R gave me an extra $15.00 off of my lens order so I could afford to upgrade to 2 day shipping so I had my camera in my hands in 3 days time. The person that answered to phone with I called in to change my shipping was courteous and really made a point to help me. You can buy on line and still feel like you got good old fashion service.
I’ve wrote a few bad reviews but this is the first time I felt compelled to write about good service. I should have paid a little extra and bought from J&R in the first place. I'll look at their site first from now on.
