I tried for several months to purchase this item at EBay. The prices were good, but I could not get special shipping to send this to my friend for his birthday. I found J&R accidentally (possibly a Goggle search). The site was easy to navigate and it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for. By this time, I was running very late to get anything to my friend in time for his birthday and I was starting to stress over it. The prices, though a bit higher, were quite attractive, so I made ONE call to their excellent customer service line. The person I talked to was friendly, professional, courteous and EXTREMELY helpful. He made useful suggestions as to what accessories I still needed to purchase to make the camera fully functional when my friend received it. He did NOT push additional products that he did not need. He told me information about the product I had selected. Within moments, the order was taken and I received email confirmation. The next day, I received tracking info via email. I was able to track the package all the way to California. My friend received the camera before his birthday. He absolutely loves it and I couldn't be happier with the service, the product, the price and the speed of delivery.
