I've had excellent experience with J&R over the past several years. They consistently exhibit great value with great service.  With each order, I've generally used ground shipping and my experience has been excellent; I'd summarize as fast shipping from their warehouse(s).  I'd also summarize my experience as a "Completely Satisfied" customer . I am a repeat customer for more than two years, and will continue to use J&R as my first choice when shopping online.
Their web site displays easy navigation within the site.  There is logical flow and controls throughout the site.  
J&R stocks not only quality brands and choices, but their stock levels appear to be adequate on everything such that backorder has never been a problem on anything I've ordered from this retailer.
As a subscriber to the NYTimes, I'm fortunate to see their daily advertisements, which are very appealing to me and raise my awareness of their product offerings.  These 1/2 page ads are eye catching and difficult to miss; they feature photos and pricing on televisions, computers, cameras, audio and video equipment, computer accessories, music and video offerings, in store specials and much more.
I Highly recommend this retailer for its retail offerings, competitive pricing, expansive stockage and superior customer service.  My experience has been more than satisfactory, and as a testament to their customer service, I've never had a reason to contact them after a sale.
