Fast delivery. Product new, as advertised.  Very satisfied with J&R Music and Computer.  I would do business with them again. Highly recommend them.  With on line electronics retailers, there are concerns of "grey market" items, poor customer service, poor return policies, slow transit time, or other issues that the company will not quickly and fairly resolve.  This apparently is not the case with this company.

I am a bit skeptical of on line retailers - aside from Amazon and others who have national brick and mortar stores.  J&R is located in NYC, which is not local to me.  With the positive experience in this purchase, my fears were unfounded. I hope that they do business with all their customers in this satisfactory manner.

I ordered the item through Amazon, and J&R's had the lowest price of all the listed vendors.  I am felt that with Amazon, I can be more assured of satisfaction from a third party vendor then dealing direct.  With this positive experience with J&R, I will do business with them directly in the future. I have not had any experience with their customer service at this time, as there is no need to contact them. I hope that their customer service is as good as the rest of my experience!
