Easy to order, took awhile to ship, but received within 14 days.  I didn't like the packaging, i ordered a software title and they just put it in two thin sheets of light cardboard with a sticky substance between the sheets to kind of make a flat parcel, but it didn't have any bubble wrap between the sheets where it came in contact with the product.  The Disc came in a manufacturer’s plastic case but it came loose in shipment.  So the DVD is scratched pretty bad, but I am hopeful it still can be installed!  Better packing, either a padded envelope or a box might have prevented this from happening..  I received the shipment exactly 14 days from order date.  I did contact the place to find out when they would ship after the first week, but did not receive a reply from the place.   Over all I have had pretty good success with this place so I was pretty surprised at the shoddy packing materials.  I will continue to shop there, provided the software can actually be installed.  They usually have better prices on this type of aircraft software than most places, so I tend to buy from them.
