We are very happy with our new Samsung NC-10. Price was nearly the lowest availble, with free shipping. Product was well packed, arrived on schedule, and works perfectly. Would definitely recommend J&R to others. We fondly recall going to the various J&R stores on Park Row before we moved to Nevada. 
Would also recommend the Samsung NC-10. So far, battery life is between 6 and 8 hours, and the matte screen of this "older" model is glare free. We expedited our netbook acquisition after reading about the potential glare problem of the newer model, and are glad we did.
Setup was easy, and the netbook found our Linksys router easily. To load some programs, I use an extra SD card and USB SD card reader, copying software CD to SD card on desktop, then plugging SD card reader into Samsung in lieu of external CD/DVD drive.
The processor speed of the NC10 is as fast as the old beatup Compaq laptop it is superceding. We have noticed no apparent compromise in speed despite the much smaller size of this netbook. All we are losing is internal CD/DVD capability, which wasn't that important to us anyway. 
We are looking forward to traveling with our NC-10, and are quite pleased with it.
