 I went on line to order a Navigon 7200t GPS car navigation unit and discovered that there were many web sites offering this item. There were three sites with a lower price but when I checked the companies ratings and found them to be unacceptable to do business with them. Then I called J&R and I recieved the following results. 

 I am very satisfied with my shopping experience with the staff of J&R. The sales department was very pleasant and accommodating when ordering and gave me the best price when I asked for a price match.
 My order was confirmed by email immediately with tracking information as well as the order number which I was given when I placed the order by phone.
 I also was able to speak with the same sales person when calling a second time for some information.On both occasions the sales person was pleasant and courteous.
 I have also called customer service on a few occasions and have had a very pleasant experience with them. J&R has professional quality people working for them.
 My order arrived on time as stated in the email and I was able to track the order on line.
 I have ordered other items with J&R in the past with the same results as stated and I will continue to do business with them In the future.
 I am therefore highly recommending J&R to everyone I know for its quality of personnel and service.
