I have used J&R many times over the  15 years and have been completely satisfied.  This last order was for a friend and she was notified that her order was being shipped to another address (mine).  This was a great feature preventing identity theft.  All items were shipped promptly and received exactly as ordered.  I also appreciate the free shipping and avoiding any state sales tax.

J&R keeps me posted on the progress of each order and uses UPS for free shipping orders which allows you to track your shipment; Other faster methods are also available.  Their website is great for listing items by price, manufacturer, popularity, etc.  You can also get detailed specifications on each item. A comparison feature allows you to select up to 3 items listing comparable features and prices.  This is exteremely helpful in choosing the best product for your needs.

J&R representatives have always been courteous and have not made any errors on my orders.  I recommend J&R to all my friends for the best prices available anywhere I've shopped.  If an item is out of stock, you can elect to be notified when it becomes available, usually within a week or two.  If it won't be restocked, they even sent an email notifying me to make another selection..
