I was offered to exchange the black frame rather than the ordered cherry frame. I needed this now for an up coming art show and had to use the one that was sent.

They totaly dropped the ball on shipping. I sent an email 4 days after ordering the item asking if I could get a tracking number and was told the item shipped that day and I should recieve an email the following day with the tracking number. Three days later I sent anouther email requesting a tracking number and I before I got a responce to that email I recieved an email stating the item just shipped that day and it did supply the traking number. Two weeks after ordering I recieved the product. 4 days to shop 300 miles.... Tisk Tisk.........

I was very happy, when I needed to contact the seller about an over charge for shipping, I got a very timely response and the problem was immediately corrected. It's good to know great customer service still exists.
