Most of your products are outstanding. However, I was not impressed with the Ganesh Statue. The quality is rather "fake". I have recently returned from India. Perhaps this is not a fair comparison, but your Ganesh statue was made in China. Ganesh is a Hindu God, therefore, the fact that this one was made in China did not connect for me. I would rather have one from India....better energy..

I love your catalog, all the items I've gotten have been lovely. My only issue has been I'm having trouble with my local UPS guy and he won't leave the packages, if I had my option I'd like to use USPS in the future.

I ordered a beautiful framed print from Isabella to give as a thank you to my new mother-in-law for helping with our wedding. Unfortunately, there was not any tracking on the item and it never arrived. When I called in they didn't have any more available. The rep was somewhat hesitant to credit me back but ultimately did so. I was really dissapointed that I didn't get the print (and didn't have a present for her right before the wedding) but glad at least that I didn't pay for something I never received. Yes, I would shop there again.

Isabella is a lovely, inspiring shopping experience. I love the catalog and the online store just carries on the feeling and attitude of the catalog. They are very selective in the items they carry. I enjoy reading the catalog because it is very thoughtfully written. I have made a number of purchases including CDs, bath and body items, books, and jewelry. Everything has been top quality and unusual...not things you find just anywhere. I enjoy supporting a woman-oriented spiritually-minded (not religious) business endeavor of this kind, especially when I can rely on every item being of superior quality. For those looking for bargains, Isabella isn't going to be the first place to go, although I feel their pricing is very reasonable. But they are interested more in quality than in being inexpensive, and that is the customer market that they will appeal to. If you are looking for intriguing, unusual items to add richness to your life and open your senses, take a look at Isabella.
