Buyers beware. The site is very easy to use, and I will admit that the items I ordered once I got them were what I expected, but my experience was the worst I have ever had ordering on the Internet. They charged me instantly for my items, promising they would ship in one to two days. They charged me an extra $65, saying my items were too large for their free UPS Ground shipping offer. Then I heard nothing. Half the time when I called I couldn't get through to a human being. The other times they said they'd do something (like call me back when they knew something) and never did. Their online complaint form is not responded to for days. Bottom line - it took 30 days to get my items and they still haven't reimbursed me for the $65 they overcharged, since my items shipped UPS after all.
