Initially the order was delayed by a week because the item was apparently out of stock. When I placed the order this was not devulged. When the order was finally sent it got shipped to a U.S. address and then returned to instawares. The package is now untrackable apparently because you use a courier that doesn't provide tracking in Canada. You could have sent it Fedex ground the first time and I would have had the package in 48 hours. Your Customer service is very helpful and understanding but your deficiencies lie on the operational side not customer service. Geoff Toole

credit card authorizer was out of order, it took quite a while of repeated attempts to finally get the order through. will avoid this company in the future if i can find the product they sell anywhere else.

Good selection and good prices. Got super-saver shipping so the order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. They don't have much of an order tracking system. You can see that it's been shipped but you don't get a fed-ex or ups tracking number to follow shipment progress. Overall the good selection and fair prices make this vendor a better than average place to shop.

THE PRODUCT WAS VERY GOOD...THE FACT I WAS UNABLE TO CHECK THE DELIVERY PROGRESS WAS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE I NEEDED THE PRODUCT BY A DEAD LINE OR WOULD NOT NEED IT...THAT IS WHY I PAID EXTRA TO GAURENTEE ARRIVAL. The are no comments to make. Everything went as it should. This is a good supplier. With the exception of recieving the first item in the wrong color, but a replacement showing up here within five (5) days, it could not have been easier or a better purchase.

I received the Tomato Kings in good condition. The three spoon soft plastic were in a large box with nothing around and arrived very dirty. I had a hard time getting them cleaned up and a couple were for gifts.
