i ordered 2 items and within a few days they charged my credit card. i got an email with a tracking number so which meant it had been shipped. as it turned out, the tracking number does not exist when i wanted to track my order. i write them email got 1 reply saying she needed to double check on the status but i didn't hear from her for a week eventhough during this time i did reply to her email to check on it. i then sent another email via contact link and all i got back was the autoreply acknowledgement. i had to dispute the charge. the company is so in disarray and clueless that after i disputed they sent me an email saying that they're back order and won't be able to sent the items to me for 7 (yes seven) weeks! and wait a minute... they did issued me a tracking number didn't they???

so online shopper PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM INSTAWARE. this company should not be allow to do business. it is so unethical to charge someone when you don't even have the item to sell and sending them a fake tracking number, and beyond bad service. i wished i read the reviews on them before buying from them. NEVER will i buy anything from them as long as i live.
